Hi Supanimal,
Thanks for the email and thank you for the other Blue Planet recommendations!
This is Robert, the owner of Blue Planet Surf and I just created a profile on Seabreeze to respond here. I post regularly on the Standupzone and will try to post here more often as well, great forum.
We love our Aussie customers! Renting is often cheaper bringing your own board plus it's less hassle and you don't risk damage from cargo handling.
At Blue Planet we pride ourselves in having the biggest and highest quality SUP rental fleet in Hawaii and possibly anywhere. We keep an up to date spreadsheet of over 40 available rental boards you can choose from here:
docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZC_M66oeSWSgcyiqy9a0-Z3RMze4D1wGktCeLAIOHUM/edit?usp=drive_web You can reserve a board on our website with a $75 deposit, weekly rate is $149 all inclusive, if you have a rental car, pads and straps for transport are included, delivery and pickup is a $25 flat fee each way in Honolulu.
For details on our rental program and to reserve a board, go here:
blueplanetsurf.com/pages/suprentals We have an ad running in the Jetstar magazine with a special for Australians - you can get 10% off rentals through March by mentioning the Jetstar ad. I'm attaching the ad below.
Here is the website for our Australian distributor:
