heading over to Adelaide next week to catch up with family, can anyone recommend some decent SUP breaks near the city and what's the forecast looking like ?

Id say on Wed and Thursday mornings check Waipinga or Middleton (small) then early sunday Middleton.

There is also a sup race on sunday?

I agree with Scotty about wed/thurs. It will be a good size for waits and parsons (2-3 ft ) and tiny at Middleton with about 10-15 kt offshore. I reckon Sat arvo on the mid coast might be ok. Should be 2ft + with light onshore winds. The mid is a lot closer to the city (45 min ) and more sup friendly waves. Waits and parsons is about 1.5hrs.
