Ok so to have a bit of fun with this you can just post the finish to this question with what ever you want lol. and it's something I got told by one of my friends a few days ago that I was lol mentally unstable, though they have never surfed or been on a SUP.

A little history of myself lol waaaaayyyyy back when I was a whipper snapper grommet of 18 me and my brother we both started to surf 2 years apart in age, I stood up first wave first day and my bro took a few shots to get up there. and after a while I petered out having a wife and kids and moving away my Bro surfs still to this day up in QLD. And recently me just getting back into the water again after a extended break lol I'm remembering little bits and pieces along the way, as its some 25 years ago, and some ol feelings are coming back...

And getting back to the question I was chatting with a mate over a couple of beers this week and said I am getting cranky if I don't get on the water at least 2 or 3 times a week for a paddle and he (hense the post) told me I was mentally unstable, just joking of course. And sitting here with not much else to do on a friday night at home though to myself I wonder if it's just me???????

Yes you are, but that includes most of us.
Who's to say that there aren't any forms of mental instability that are actually good?
I don't think it automatically has to be a bad thing, wear it with pride!

To true mate I think it needs to be noticed if some one has a mental issue like depression, not sit uneasy and say nothing to the person.

this is just a light hearted topic but a serious undertone
