Ke Nalu has a 3 piece shaft.
Great for travelling as your paddle comes apart and fits in your bag.
Shaft details in the bargain bin on the Ke Nalu Australia website

I bought a 3-piece quickblade paddle, but a few comments:

1. The piece with the paddle is actually quite long and it will not fit in standard suitcases.
2. My original plan was to take it as carry-on, but I was nervous about the security check-point. I have recently seen a thread here on Seabreeze about a guy who had his taken off him even though the people at the check-in counter said it would be OK.
3. I also have a KeNaLu paddle that had an adhesive that melts with heat from a hairdryer. So before the trip I removed the paddle and handle and put them in the suitcase and put the shaft in the bag with the boards. At the destination I reheated the glue and put it back together again.
4. My 3-piece paddle has quite a wide shaft diameter and very little flex, probably because of the way it fits together. I am not sure if it is ideal.

I use a 3 piece Starboard Hi-Aspect Paddle. Obviously heavier than an adjustable or fixed paddle but not to bad, performance is no different. I rate it.
