Sounds good Sameh.
The 34 width scares me a little bit, scared it might be too wide. But I'm sure they know what they are doing.
Also, how tall are you? 106 kegs is heaps of kegs. If you are tall and big framed, like AFL Footy material, 106 kegs might not be too bad. But if 106 kegs places you (or any readers) in the obese zone, you need to focus on salads, vegetables, smaller portions, less sugar (no sugar), less snacks, less beer, etc. Sorry if that sounds brutal!

(If you naturally carry a reasonable volume of muscle, then you can possible give yourself a -1 to -2 on your BMI result. If you give yourself a -3, you are already kidding yourself!

)
* "you" means Sameh or any other reader, or anybody...
PS - don't waste your time with reds!

... I know the truth can cut deep with some people! If these comments are enough to wake up just 1 or 2 people, I would be happy.
