hi, tried to fit the carrying handle to my Starboard All star but the bolts don't go all the way in? anyone experiencing the same problems?

same with me in a Race 14x25, with screwdriver did not go, but I used battery drill driver and used a appropriate screw driving screw and it was all good.

Couple of washers under the screw head.
