woke up this morning scored a wikid morning surf on my sb went home had breakfeast grabbed my sup and went back out. This was only my second time out on the sup, having never done or used a sup before the first time out felt completely alien to me. I think i would compare it to standing on a fitness ball, but this morning everything felt much more natural after a while, i was up and riding my first few waves. The board felt really stable and pretty good on the wave although really difficult to turn, I guess that will take some getting used to. The board seems really user friendly, so can't wait to get back out there. cheers destination X for giving me some good advice and selling me a sweet board. PRAWNDOG out

Hey Prawndog, coming off a shortboard onto a SUP is a challenge when it comes to turning the big buggers.... I guess you know this, but just in case: Moving your main fin forward in the box will loosen the board up a bit. Also, a change of fin/s can make a difference too. I may be wrong, but i think some of those bigger Corebans have the "fatboy" style fins... in my limited experience the "dolphin" or similar is a lot looser. Then again, by the time you read this you will have had a few more sessions and probably have it wired. Post an update sometime? Cheers mate,
Dave
