Has anyone had a go on this board yet. Looks cheap and the guy is ****ing ripping on it. its hard to imagine wanting to go back to shortboarding if you could ride an sup this critically.

Ryan helm certainly is a super shredder his finless sup surfing is pretty mind blowing

i really like the look of this board and the infinity Rnb they are great adaptions of the tomo/mph shape - I think these hybrid mph boards will become much more common just look at the success of the sunova speeed

hey guys- long time lurker- but have some info so wanted to post.

I have had two Riviera boards ( Here in the us) and also had an Infinity Rnb.

The Dervish and even the El tigre Models surf great. Fantastic shapes. Unfortunately the construction is very very weak. I snapped my first one and only have a second because a local shop took pity on me. I plan to surf it until it snaps or has too many repairs to deal with. Its light as hell- and that because there really isnt anything to it.

The Dervish is more 'shortboard' than the RNB' narrower and more tippy. I used the riv when it was clean and the RNB -( Which had more volume) when it was choppy.

I surf very hollow fast beachbreak. so both of these boards only come out when the waves are a little less critical. I have a step up for the hollow stuff we get here in storm surf in New Jersey.
