Had a couple of session on the new whip - one in solid waves and one in small mushy waves. For me at 80-83kg it is just the right dims for an allrounder - can handle some bumps and chops and has good glide getting into the waves and once on the face it is really sharp and fast, have only had it as a quad so far. It is quite sporty for the dims and a good surf shape.
I steered clear of the Evoke as it just looks really wide and chunky, even watching the bloke from TSBW riding it, they look like a really big board to throw around but thats just my opinion.
Have had an issue with the rear deck pad lifting and then ripping off on my first session but the guys over here are taking care of it for me in getting another one in and replacing, they also had one of the fin boxes replaced as someone in the factory (assuming) put in a random size screw and split the section between the slot and the screw hole ( gooch

) I only mention this to give an all-round review so far.
Overall so far the Mano is a ripper of a board and the small issues that have come up have been dealt with well.
