Here are a couple of pic's of Tommy Carroll's new 8'10 x 27"x 3 1/2" Stand Sure Fiber Flex.
Its not a dodgy grip job, its actually follows the convex rail line and check out the hull through the front 1/4 of the board, I will post a video of Tom talking about this board later.

Is the bottom of that board akin to the bottom of his tow in board as in like the hull of frigate or similar? (but very much smaller!)

Yeah Kagey he had the idea for adding the hull to his sup's from the R&D that he and Hayden Cox (Fiber Flex) have been doing on his tow boards. All got to do with water displacement and stopping that "slapping" that you get, espically when you charging 10th German Bank and Longie Bombie.

Didn't get a chance Kagey, he basically picked up the board and then left for Bail taking it with him. Hopefully we get some footage of him riding it while he's over there. We'll keep you posted.

Dont you just love to see someone likes Tom's garage, he had a stack of SUP's and skaties behind him, imagine the other side of the garage where all his shortboards are...

You wouldn't know which one to ride...now that's a problem I would like to have

Very interesting!

The grip is awesome on these boards too. Spongey and soft, but grips well. Extremely comfortable underfoot. I would like to test it some more. Might be the benchmark in SUP Grip ! (???)

I don't own one, I just paddled one.

The grip is the best I have tried too. No slips yet!
