Any ideas where I might get a board-bag for my 8'10" Sunova Speeed? I just need it for travelling on the car, not for going overseas.

i posted this review on the Zone a couple of days ago.

I have been able using my Sunova board bag for a couple of months and this is a short review. Great bag overall. Heavy duty construction, good quality zippers, very well padded. The two padded handles are well placed on nose and mid board. Zippered pocket at the tail end can accommodate fins, gloves, hood (but not lunch).
I really like the "top loading". Makes putting a board in the bag and taking it out a breeze. The according expansion zipper accommodates transport with fins in. The shoulder strap has unique heavy duty attachment buckles.

Pictures are of when I was drying the bag out. I use the bag a lot and trailer my boards to and from the beach behind my bike. The board was designed for my 8'10"
Speeed and my 8'10" Skate fits perfectly also.

I also have an 8.10 speeed & a Sunova bag

I think the Balin bag is a slighty better bag (more handles, air vents etc) but the Sunova bag better fits the Speeed so Sunova bag wins. Especially like the top loading on the sunova bag.

9 foot Balin bag has pointy nose so it flaps.

SHQ in Melbourne stock the SUNOVA board bags, i'm sure they would ship one to you

Sorry for the late reply, been in Bali the past week scoring some epic waves..

You are correct, they aren't on our current website..

The whole crew have been working super hard behind the scenes for the last few months on bringing out a completely new and improved webpage, which we are hoping to launch very shortly.. It will be much easier to navigate, with better explanations of boards and all the extra goodies, so stay tuned..

As mentioned above SHQ in Victoria and also Balmoral Paddlesurf in Sydney both stock Sunova Bags, Being an 8'10 Speeed which is one of our best selling sizes they should have stock, if not they should be receiving it shortly..

Being on the south coast of NSW you could also contact Natural Necessity in Gerringong, I'm pretty sure they also have some in stock..

All of the above retailers would be able to organize freight for you in the case you weren't able to make it to the shop in person..
