Hi, I do a fair bit of knee paddling. 75 yo and balance not what it used to be. No depressions so far. Layer of Oz pine under standing area. Also mine has a single centre glass stringer, so the two bilateral stringers in the Limited would have to be better. Plus the stronger rails. Mine got blown off the roof rack landed on one rail then bounced about 20m on a firm grass footpath. Not a mark.
Mike I think the 10'2 might be better if you are mainly into surf whereas the 11'2" would be better for bay or estuary paddling along with surfing. Cheers
Good Onya Chuck! You've got 11 years on me. Stirling effort! Interesting to hear your comments about how the board is standing up to knee impacts/compressions.
I'm actually an old kneelo (64 yo here) and spent a lot of time on my knees on the SUP when I started moving from the flat into the surf.
My poor old Fanatic Fly is the worse for wear on the deck so it's good to hear the Wedge is standing up well.
Thanks
