Anyone had the chance to try the new sprint 14 x 23?

The website suggests the 2016 is not a new shape so just a new paint scheme but otherwise the same as 2015.

don't they use a different construction for the carbon 2016 boards?
I'm looking for a new flat water race board...
I looked for a 2015 sprint because the 2016 shape did not change but these are sold out where I live.

I'm not entirely sure when it comes to the carbon contraction but I think the 2015 Sprints may have been the first ones using the construction which is now used across the whole race range.
