hoping I can get some advice on this. I've just sold 3 boards and have only my Naish Hokua 9'1 Left.
im looking for one board I can use in most conditions and trying to decide between the new smik spitfire 8'6 or sunova flow Casey 8'8. They Are about same volume but how do they compare as far as stability? Surfing? Turns? Anyone ridden either, or both that could help out would be appreciated!
im between 85kg-90kg and been on a SUP for about 4-5 years. ive ridden the old flow 8'7 and owned a spitfire 8'3 v1. The flow is awesome and great on a wave. The spitfire was super fun on a wave, but if conditions weren't perfect it was a bit tough at 111LHard to get a demo in the sizes. cheers

I have ridden both, I had the 9"4 flow 2.0 and found it a little corky with all the volume right under my feet so I sold it and brought the 9"0 flow 2.0 but found it very unstable and sold that too. I think they are great boards and the design is amazing. So after selling both I got the smik spitfire 9"5. WOW! The thing is incredible, it's stable and by far the fastest board I have ever ridden ( I currently have 12 SUPs). I set it as a quad and it's by far my favourite boards out of all my SMIKs, Sunovas and Starboards.
Now the flow is a incredible board and I regret selling my 9"4 and it's very much a personal opinion, but personally I am buying the spitfire every day of the week.

I am 6"4 100kg I typically ride 9-10ft boards. Personally I prefer larger boards with more volume, length and glide to increase wave count.

I'm 95kg and ride a 8'2 x 29 107l flow 2. They are super stable for their sizing.

I also ride 8'5 x 30 120l hipster and a 8'1 x 29 109L hipster. The flow 2 is easier to catch waves on with its wide tail but I just love the way the smiks turn.
