Hi mate
I have ridden both, I had the 9"4 flow 2.0 and found it a little corky with all the volume right under my feet so I sold it and brought the 9"0 flow 2.0 but found it very unstable and sold that too. I think they are great boards and the design is amazing. So after selling both I got the smik spitfire 9"5. WOW! The thing is incredible, it's stable and by far the fastest board I have ever ridden ( I currently have 12 SUPs). I set it as a quad and it's by far my favourite boards out of all my SMIKs, Sunovas and Starboards.
Now the flow is a incredible board and I regret selling my 9"4 and it's very much a personal opinion, but personally I am buying the spitfire every day of the week.
That's an interesting insight about Flow 2.0. How much do you weight? Everybody who got one seems to be raving about how stable they are and there has been a number of posts from surfers around 100kg who love the 8'8.
