Just when you thought you were getting fitter/stronger for SUP and you downsize to a shorter/tippier SUP and low and behold.....that stiffer legs, arms feeling the day after a surf comes back.......progress eh Must be good for ya.
Actually....just like prone surfing....you can do all sorts of exercise to keep you fit but there's no substitute for the real thing. (And my first outing on the newest SUP machine was in minnow waves too...just shows what a workout it is, especially on strong offshore days!)
