The poly styrene foam of SUPs don't like acetone nor normal surfboard resins.
For repairs, I'm assuming Epoxy resin is the go. Before i go out and spend $80 plus on materials..... can someone just give me a pat on the shoulder and reassure me that I'm not buying the inappropriate stuff!

yea good on ya magz all good buddy. if you have a big fat ding with foam showing its a good idea to mix up some bog or putty (thick mix) with Q cell, then sand lightly and glass over. have fun dude.

your right there champ ...epoxy is a must otherwise you have a much bigger hole to fill
