DJ popped the Tee piece onto my beautiful Kialoa Methane (Hinano Print) Paddle. I'm going to shorten the shaft a fraction...

Heated up the handle... won't budge... Then I realised I have a spare T Bar... I can actually just cut the shaft, stick the new T Bar on, and give the old T back to DJ to sort out ! Solved !!

This is the newer Toro Hinano Print.

you need a Ke Nalu, got mine weekend before last took it out in surf realised there was a leak in the hot glue, so heated it up, got out the handle tipped out the water, stuck it back together.............but then realised an hour later it was back to front, no problems, heated it up turned it around.......

Ke Nalu is for dummies

How hot did you get it? Hair dryer won't do - careful application of a decent heat gun til just a bit too hot to touch is where you need to be to get 5min araldite to let go.
