Can anyone give me some idea of prices to ship a 14' race or down wind board from eastern states to W.A? Also who is recommended to use for the shipping.

Jezza,
If you or someone know is flying Virgin they will class it as sporting equipment for about $40-$80 extra depending on how many luggage items you have? However, don't try pre-booking 14' in as 9' is their max, just arrive, pay on the day and they will except it! Otherwise, a local freight forwarding co quoted me approx. $350 ea. way!
