I currently own a One Evo 2.0 14'x28". I am interested in the One Edge 3.0. Does anyone have experience paddling both boards and can provide some feedback on a comparison between the two boards, particularly regarding their different strengths and weaknesses ?

I own both boards. Both are very different. If I could only have one board it would be the 3.0. The 3.0 is smooth and quick in the flat water and can also handle a fair amount of chop. I don't paddle mine in the ocean, that's where the Evo shines. Both are excellent boards in the right conditions. If the majority of your paddling is in flatwater that gets choppy (river, lake) get the Edge 3.0. Ocean - Evo.

Great reply. Exactly the kind of feedback I was after. Flat water that gets choppy with varying wind conditions is what I do most of the time. Sounds like the Edge 3.0 is ticking the boxes.
