Hi,

I am looking at a used 14 x 24 One Edge 3.0 Elite.

From what I can tell, these are not a hollow construction, but I'm not too sure. I'm not really sure what is meant by the "Full Carbon full PVC sandwich" construction described on the website. Can anyone advise how easy these boards are to repair? Will any board repairer be able to repair them?

Also, I'm currently on a 14 x 27 Infinity Downtown, which I find pretty stable. Will moving to the 24" board be a steep learning curve? I'm ~5'4" (162cm), ~65kg and paddle in flat to choppy bay conditions (Port Phillip Bay in winds up to 15knots).

Hi Jonty

Repair is nice and easy and any board repair person will be able to fix no worries at all, they are just an epoxy board so anyone that fixes epoxy will be able to do it.

It will be a jump from what you paddle now but you are well within the weight range for the board so think you will have no worries once you get some time on it.
