Take w grain of salt but I think if you want a rough day stable board, maybe get a used beater 8x29.5 or something, then have your nice ~100L RNB/ND long and short combo. They should become stable at 1.5 L/kg
Thank you. I agree and also still have my 8x30 Superfrank for choppy days.
The 3 boards , JL Superfrank , RNB 98L and New Deal 9x28 will cover all possible conditions where I surf.
Will have to come up with a good reason for a 4th board in future
