The new 2015 Coreban Range of Platinum surf SUP's and Brushed Carbon race boards have arrived here in Australia.
With 8 new surf models ranging from 7'6" to 9'6" in both brushed carbon and 'Pure' constructions there is sure to be a board to suit all. Super strong and lightweight (5.5 kilos for the 7'6"). Competitively priced and made in the Cobra Factory, Thailand.
The new 2015 14' Pro Dart and 14' Phoenix in brushed carbon are sure winners.
All boards will be on display and available for demo and purchase at the Merimbula Classic from 27th to the 30th of November 2014.
No Coreban retailer in your area no problems order direct. Call Peter 0468 432 787. www.corebanaustralia.com
Just unpacked the new 2015 Coreban 14' Phoenix 27" in brushed carbon before I head down to Merimbula with our Demo Trailer packed with heaps of the Coreban new 2015 range of stand up paddle boards. Heaps of prizes as well to giveaways which are sure to bring a smile to the winner faces. See you there late tomorrow (Wednesday). Regards Peter Japp - Coreban Australia.
Why all the red thumbs. It's a thread about these boards. Not a first time poster trying to hijack a thread and pimp something crap. I've never seen these boards in the flesh but that dart seems like a decent downwind board for big bumps just like the sic boards.
We have one on our local Miller's run (normally with Tom King on top, but he has swapped out for a few runs to give some others a chance). The consensus is it is faster than the dart - like waay faster. It supposedly has a great "feel" - I don't know 'cos I haven't ridden it yet... And the blue build seems a lot tougher than the red... my 2c
Super happy with the finish and ability of the new surfing range, got to try these two in small surf and can happily say huge step forward for Coreban.

Luv what you have done with the deck pad you have inspired me, rode my 8,5 carbon for the first time in 3 to 4 ft beachys. Impressed with the speed and ease of catching a wave even better than my lithium
This is a deck pad set up I did for a recent customer. I will have Coreban's all new 7 piece deck pad set (all black) and several decks from the Platinum Pure boards (in white with 3M ready to apply) in stock in about 3 to 4 weeks.
Interesting! The 7'11" Platinum looks quite wide from a few angles... and longer than the 8'5 and 9 Plus versions! That aside.....Question: Where can we find the weight specs on the Platinum and Platinum Plus range?

It is just the camera angles, that is all. Dimensions are listed on spec sheets in an above comment. As for weights I have all the factory individual manufactured weight for each board I bring into Australia. Coreban don't list weights on the spec sheets. However let me know which particular model/s, size and construction type and I will let you know the weight specs.
