Stunner Kami!! Was it cut on an Aku machine or a dsd? I had some issues with the last sup I had cut on an Aku machine not sure if it was operating error or the limitations of the disk.
Was cut on 3 axes called KKL in Biarritz. It's an old machine with a single bit that do not allow to cut details as you can see the diameter on the channel cuts. The issue is that as the router is spinning in a single way, inducing an uneven depth of cutting ( a slight difference of deepness cut), higher on the left end sides (seen from tail or nose). But the positive thing is that the operator is very skill, he is the son the man who built the machine. Also, I'm designing the file using 3Dlayers and latest design features and the operator orders those ones in an accurate manner.
I think the trouble you had comes from the Shape3D version be used in GB more than the operating error or the limitation of the disk although that I do not know about if Aku would running well with Shape3DX. I had some file custom orders to cut there and the customers can't cut those files containing 3Dlayers because they run the CNC with V8 instead of the latest V9 I'm using. So I had to convert those files to V8 consequently erasing the 3Dlayers and simplifying the file
it's shame that the machine blows your dream
