Up early for first paddle tomorrow morning. Give me a week or so and I'll post up a review and compare it to my JP 8'2 wide body pro

8'2 x 29.5 x 4.... Comes in around 102 litres...

Very nice indeed

I'm really liking the Deep Ocean boards , have been on their site looking at the Jackson Close and custom boards
No price info , I'm just wondering a ball park figure if any one knows on a custom shortboard

Yeah, a couple of surfs and I cant see myself using the JP too much.....I expected the Deep to be a lot less stable than it is and expected a month or so to get used to it....not so

I have a 2014 JP widebody as well which im hanging onto....it will be my choppy condition board...it's a bit too much board for my 75kg when it's glassy....
