Hey guys, any opinions of the LB surf tech 8'6?
looking for performance type board, seem light and shape looks good
Wondering are these toned down shapes for the masses (rails etc) or still a good board compared to a custom?
Look like a really fun board though

I've had mine about 9 or 10 months now and love it. I don't have a lot to compare it to unfortunately but I am about 85kg's and have never had very good balance. So except for days where there is a lot of water moving about I find it pretty good to paddle. Surfs great although I am looking at a custom next for days that are a bit bigger and more power. Construction sure takes a beating which is great for me as I tend to hit my rails a lot when off balance. Thought the stock fins were fine but am running Shapers Jackson Close fins which have loosened it up a bit which is nice. I live on the Southern Gold Coast so if you would like a try just let me know.
