The construction process continues.
With the top of the board now laminated, it's time to fair in the overlap on the bottom of the board and put all the inserts in the board. Fin Box, Leash Plug, Handle and Vent Screw all get inserted using the same method.

Duplicate in factory is the only way to make pay back all the experience and shaping development made by an artist as Jimmy Lewis in his workshop. As well as to get a living from his passion....
As an elder, thank Jimmy to pass down few building trick to younger too. That's great.
