Hoppo I have tried to contact also,no response! The boards have been discounted for some months now,they work closely with ess Erina nsw, they may know what's happening ,I purchased the 9x29 a few months back ,glad I did my best sup yet !!!,hope all is well and they are still going .

ESS Boardstore is their main partner in Australia and handles distribution
