Hi i think this is the baord i need, but would like to demo one 1st. i weigh 80kg, been a surfer for more than 50 years, but shoulder is causing grief now. i have paddled a 10i star board nose rider and i can handle it but it is not suitable in the surf.

2011 ? I think you'll be buying a 2nd hand board as they (Fanatic) are selling their 2015 range at the moment.

Mate, IMHO way too much board at 80kg, Im 90+and my 8-10 is too big.

The 9'1 would be perfect for you . Ride one myself and love it . i'm 65 at 80 kg and it's just right.

I'm 90+kg and 57yo been supping for about 18 months. My Fanatic allwave 9'1 is perfect. (recently dropped down in size from the old 9'6)
Would like to try smaller, but in general I think its the perfect all-round board for me - allowing me to go out in absolutely any conditions.
