Looking for advice on first board. Looking for an all rounder for flat water, ocean, and maybe a bit in the surf. I'm around 88kg and familiar around the water from kitesurfing. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I would look at the naish Nalu. Just pick the size that suits and it does everything.
Avoid the 10'10 if you want to surf it (it's a different style>

The Naish 10'10" Nalu is an awesome board and perfect for a first board for someone your weight and paddling requirement.. I've surfed it and it actually goes very well in small waves.
