That's surprising. I've purchased from them a few times. They always delivered within a few business days.

I've bought fins from these guys a couple of times and they have always been spot on.

My advice to anyone wanting to use these guys would be steer well clear. I've called, text, emailed (which bounces back) and I’ve had one response (looks automated) and no fin or monies returned. I've had some pretty sh!tty customer experiences in my time but this is about the worst....

Only fair enough to say Jye from Finshop called last night. Theyve had some website issues which are apparently fixed. He couldnt of been more helpful in terms of offering a refund and a free set of fins. Cheers.
