Looks like I've finally decided what my next board will be, looking at the prowave 2013 second hand, found a couple of hrs construction ones in 8'10 and 9'3 but so far nothing in the carbon.. Was wondering just what the difference in weight would be? Is it worth holding out...any info or experiences would be greatly appreciated...

I've got a carbon fanatic pro 8'5 and my friend has the same in hrs. There isn't much difference, I think it's just a bit easier carrying down the beach....

My 2013 8'10" prowave ltd weighs 7.8 kg if that helps.

working off the volume and weight of the 8 10, i would assume it would be approximately 8.8kgs. pretty light for a 9' 3"
