Hi

having tried a Quattro glide 8'8 , interested in any ones view, who has used the fanatic fly 9'6.

the glide was quick, and smooth. But too me did not set me alight, was only small 2' waves though.
Was wondering how a more performance oriented long board would feel, I know it's a different style.
I like that nose riding, and trimming board by walking it, Plus can take waves early.

thanks in advance

Hey mate,

The fly is fanatics allrounder.
It's great for entry level paddlers, for crusing up the river or catching tiny waves. Due to the bottom Nd rail shape it's a bit of a handful in waves any bigger then knee/waist

If your looking for something more surfy you might find the stylemaster is a better option.
In 9'0 or 10'0ft it's a great small wave board but also holds itself in bigger stuff, due to the performance rails.

Where are you located?

Yes agree there a 10' stylemaster sounds like a great option. perfect for walking the nose and great glide onto waves.

Cheers for advice guys.
Im in uk, usually 2-6' waves, all types, clean to onshore mush.

Asking as could get get a great deal on the Fly, £595 for the Hrs 9'6.
from what you are saying, sounds like good all rounder. I would like something mor performance oriente.

the Stylemadter looks really cool.
