Hi All,

I'm the owner of a Hypster Twin Longboard 9x29. This is a custom board that has less than 1 year.

I don't use it very often but I noticed that it came with a paint work that is very delicate. I've been observing how part of it simply detach from the body of the board without me being the cause . Sometime I use it and after I realize that some more new bits of the paint is gone and I can see the white below :-(

I was wondering if anyone else had this kind of experience with a custom SMIK or if is just me? It's a shame because I really like the colours and design I created for it but I feel like I cannot fully use it's potential because I'm scared of what could happen with it if I use it in big conditions (so far I only used it in small waves).

Thanks!

Hello there,

I always washed the board with fresh water and let it dry before putting it back in the bag. So the answer to your question is "no".
