Yes to all of the above. Had my Icon for over a year and it does all of the above. And with five fin positions, you have a few options. Personal preference is as a quad set up. The board feels nice and fast and catches even the smallest ripples with reasonable ease. I'm 75kg and 5ft 6in, and it's perfect for my size and ability.

Thanks Jason I'm a little heavier at 93 kg but It looks like it would be a stable board just wanting a cruisey sup for them fun days

I used to have an Icon for about a year. I was about 100kg's and very new to the sport. It was a great board to paddle in both the surf and on the flat. I would have liked to keep it, but traded it for a race board. I agree with the quad set up, grab a set of the Futures Lopez quads, that's what I used and loved them, get a tiny wobble up as you get going down the wave, but once up to speed, they lock in and you can really shred.
