Has anyone out there tried one of these? I'm looking at getting a long board type sup and these look like they might be ok. The price looks pretty good too at $1395. Cheers.

Good allround board. Handles the surf well if you don't mind a 10 foot board and 160 litres. However, with that size and volume, it does surf like a long board. It will go rail to rail easily when you stomp the tail and will side slip without catching a rail. I've surfed it in waves up to 6ft. It performs well in flat water also.

Two issues. The demo board I tried, had rusting stainless steel in the six leg rope like plugs - Chinese steel - I make sure I rinse mine with fresh water after every use to prevent that. The second issue with my board is the deck grip around the centre carrying hole is lifting. I've reattached mine a few times now. Overall though, I am very happy with the performance and strength of the board.
