Just a quick one. After years of using epoxy boards with vent plugs (and opening the vent when leaving the board in my van) I was surprised to see that my new epoxy SUP doesn't have one.
Does anyone have experience of leaving a plugless board in a van? I don't have any other options when going away for a weekend as I don't (and won't) own roof racks.
First off I thought most brands had them. May I ask who makes your board. Mine has the Gore two way valve which doesn't need to be adjusted or removed. I personally would be concerned about long term heat damage for your board. Over time you'll develop delimitation as a result. Crack a window.

Am I being overly concerned?
Cheers
Yeah and yeah You mean delamination whb. Crack a cold one
I always take boards in my van without ever touching the vent ,have been doing this for the last twenty years . No problems yet . Park in the shade if you can
