I'd look at the Flow over the Speeed, perhaps 9'2 or a Style XL 10' - that is if you're set on Sunova.
The Speeed is great in performance conditions, as long as you get your rear foot right back. In small waves I didn't like it at all. There is so much hype on forums like this it makes you think it truly is the answer to everything. I guess maybe i'm just the odd one out

The Flow will turn from the middle and will work in all conditions, it also has a flat deck, not rolled like the speeed. You can run as a quad or thruster. It would be a logical progression from the allwave.
A Style XL is a sweet noserider longboard that rips if that suits your surfing.
I've had a 9'2 Speeed and currently own a Sunova custom surf longboard 10'4 x 28 x 140L and i'm between 100kg and 108kg.
If I had to choose one board, a longboard style SUP would be my pick as it isn't so dependant on riding the smallest board - so you buy one and it'll always be in the quiver. Shortboards usually need to be ridden in the smallest possible size for the best performance, so as you drop weight and improve skills, you'll want to sell and buy a smaller board IMO.
