I currently own a 10'6" Bic ace-tec, that I use to paddle the local estuary with my partner and surf smallish waves.
Whilst its fun for cruising and catching the odd wave, I'm looking for something to paddle at speed for longer periods by myself for fitness. I'm currently 89kg.

Thanks

I recommend a 12'6" flat water board and at your weight I'm thinking something between the 28-30" wide..

Something like the 12'6"x28" GX Javelin..

Thanks DJ, I'm definitely thinking second hand at the moment because I'm also wanting a wave oriented board in the quiver aswell
So will have to see what pops up here in S.A.

Cheers

That looks like s great option, only issue would be noone stocks them in s.a and the chance of getting one second hand is slim to none.

Don't know if they charge for shipping or if a local SA shop can order it.
