Hi,

I am pretty new to SUP, I have a board currently but it's the pelican SUP and a bit too heavy and stable so I am looking to upgrade.

I have had a few demos - fanatic 10,6 and the 9,10 I think - what I have worked out is the wider the board the more stable for me.

I need a board that is not too heavy so I can get it on and off the car myself as this is what is stopping me from going out more often.

Ideally including paddle and a bag I want to stay under $1500.

I will use the board on the flat but if I get fitter and more confident I may even try a small wave or 2.

I have been recommended the naish, Gerry Lopez music or the psh aa paddler but I am not sure on the weight difference.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Tracy
