Hi All
I'm new to SUPing and have just purchased a 14' Board (Sunny King 14' Pro), I have hit the water twice and it's been a bit rough.
I was surprised to find my board wobbles after slapping into chop or small waves the wobble lasts for a couple seconds and travels through the whole board.
Is this normal ?????

It's normal and nothing to worry about.. Some boards do it more than others.

That feeling will mostly disappear once you spend more time on the board.

Yes, and this is why people spend $ for carbon boards, or pay the weight penalty of stringers.

As DJ says, nothing to worry about.

When the conditions are rough you are always going to get more movement due to the size & volume of the board. When you become more at one with paddling you actually down size in length & litres which gives you more of a weight advantage to control the board instead of it controlling you..
