Just thought I would update everyone - the SIC X12 and the X14 will be arriving late September/early October into Australia, just in time for summer. Both boards will be coming in three colour options and 2 construction types - the standard construction and the new carbon deck pro mode, available in both sizes. The 14 will be available with or without steering system.

Also, exciting news - the big brother to the 12 and 14 - the 16 will be available before Christmas in Australia.

Awesome... Exciting times ahead.
Great that we're starting to see more and more different race boards available in Oz.

Where are they made, and how much will the 16 weigh ??? Give me a price, and PM (message), and I might even offer a hefty deposit to secure an early one !

(I know they are made in Maui, but I can smell Asia all over the ones that will be "available" in Aus !! )

yes they will be made overseas in a Asian company but it should keep the cost to a decent price. We will have them at roar industries and orders have already started!!!

I met mark when i was in Hawaii and he is a switched on guy who would only put out a good quality product
Remember at the moment if you want one of these it will cost around $4500 to$5000!!!! And a 4 month wait.

Price may be closer to $3,500 to $4,500 for a Maui board, landed at dock in Aus..... But I know the dock crew like at add about 5% for handling, 5% for duty, and 10% GST to Federal Gov, and maybe a fumigation cost on timber packaging !! ???

My guess on an F16 would be USD$2800 + $140 package, + $450 freight, + 20% ??? for the above ???.... so yeah, AUD$4500... ??? The 20% part is assumed AUD, the rest in USD.... 90 cent exchange rate....

Naish 17 is a benchmark price also!
