Took delivery of my new board a week ago and it looks the business. The only downside I can see is that it comes with bog standard glass fins. As it's a quad can anyone suggest a better set to use.

I'll be getting her wet tomorrow and looking forward to it, should be a blast.

When they first came out everyone was using simon anderson large quad fins which are basically 3s in the rear and a fin similar in size to 7s in the front. I reckon the new large fcs or shapers fins (9s or similar) in the front and 3s in the rear. If you have the new hokua with the fin box then I reckon the 2+1 setup will be sooooo much better than the quads.

Thanks "billboard" I've ordered some fins. The board however rocks... had it out this morning in 3 to 4 foot and my two surfing mates were gutted how well it went.

I had one and just swapping out the rear fins for a couple of small side fins speeds the board up heaps. I'm not sure if they have changed the stock fins with the more recent models though.
