As a rabid foiler with too much time in front of a screen, I am so appreciative of online forums. People who spend more time at the beach can get their fill of chit-chat there ... but for desk jockeys, this is a place to meet up, get some interaction with like-minded individuals, learn some stuff from others around the world, and for noobs to learn from those who walked the road already.

Occurred to me today that of all the various spots I watch, I think Seabreeze has become the international leader for both sup/surf and wing foiling discussions. The others all seem to be fading, with this one the only really active forum left. I think web forums have been mostly killed by FB groups and IG, but the interaction isn't quite the same.

So, anyways, thanks Seabreeze for providing this forum, and appreciate all of you in the community. Keep on rocking on your fun machines and spewing forth the froth on here.

I have been on this forum for a long time. Windsurfing, supping, longboarding, kiting, and now wingfoiling.

Thanks Laurie for all the good times over the years. We often take things for granted so I am glad someone has stepped up and said well done.

Good to see all the different opinions on equipment and with time there has been a real progression with each new sport coming on and taking up the majority of posts. I wonder what the next big thing will be in this 10 year cycle. I may be too old then but will have to keep an eye on what is going on then.
