I don't understand the wind range concept for a wing when so much depends on the size of the foil wing used.
This is just a guide, there is so many variables within anything out there to give an exact science. Once you become efficient you can actually get up earlier with a smaller foil a lot of the time over a larger one.
Anyway, this is designed to try and give some form of "Range" that one might expect given a riders "perceived" level of riding. (I say perceived as I know myself I can ride in under all these given wind ranges

).
Try not to tech too hard into the chart or challenge as variables of the lift of a different foil or a long mast vs a shorter mast, or lake vs ocean or fresh vs salt or tall vs short or fat vs skinny or ............... will all effect results in some way and it would be near impossible to build a matrix chart to account for everything.
