Just wondering what size sup foil boards you are riding. I am considering a 6'6 x 30 x 5 and at 125 ltr should be enough for my 90 kg. Just wondering if I should go any smaller not really anyone else in our area to have ego on a different board before I commit to this size just after any info on board size and weight of other sup riders..

At 85 kg i find 30 wide and 125 litres very comfortable for sup foiling and 110 litres too hard. All depends on personal preference and abilities though.

I'm using 6'4 x29 x 115L at 85kg. I like this volume. This is both for Sup Waves and DW. Current trend seems to be shorter for waves and skinny for DW.

I have two for SUP foiling in waves. 6'0x28x115L and 5'5x29x109 at 81Kg and started on a 7'4x30x105L at the beginning of the sport. For my weight and skill I am going to likely stick in the 5'10-6'2 sweet spot for waves. The 5'5 can be a bit much depending on conditions. E.g. on a bigger day, sometimes I don't have enough glide to catch the wave on the shoulder and then can blasted off when I go deeper. The folks that I know on shorter boards willingly give up the wave catching to get 3 or 4 for 1s but my pump game is not at that level.

I'm 90kg. I have a 6ft*29.5@118L and a 6'3*30@125ish Liter. I have no desire to go below my 6ft. I've tried really small ones and it's just nit worth it f me. I'd rather get long, top to bottom type turns and drag out the wave than bust up waves to get 2-3 f ones but that's just me.

I am using a 6ft x 97L for my 85kg,

This is my first sup foil board as well as my current wing foil board

Eleven months in and still loving this board, but I know I could change down especially for my winging,

but will save the quiver for later as at this stage I am having plenty of fun and dig the convenience of having one board for the two disciplines.
