Thinking about the same thing, coming from Go-foil.Main Reason for a switch for me is that GF in Europe is really expensive and for the price of just a frontwing and backwing I get a whole system from Naish or Starboard incl mast.

IMO the developments on foiling are going pretty fast so I hestitate to splash a lot of money for a full carbon top quiver that is complete outdated in less then 2y while alu also works fineOther contenders besides Starboard for me (for wing) are Naish HA, the 2021 NP and Moses.

Seen that too and although the guy makes really nice vids pumping a lake and riding the wake of a waverunner isnt exactly the same as waves or wind generated waist/shoulderhigh swells...

Armstrong gives you full carbon/titanium which is light, strong and future proofed as the fuse mast connection will stay the same. They are really good value IMO with no tefgel and cleaning. I would try the 1250 and see if you need anything bigger first. At 105kg it gets me up really easily. The 1850 is a beast you only need tiny waves or very light wind to ding.

Was thinking Armstrong 1250 kit, but Starboard 1300 and 1700 kit is 5-6 hundred cheaper and possibly cover more conditions anyhow enjoying the ding heaps, plus the odd sup. Still haven't got round to prone, water is pretty filthy with all the rain, better than fires of last year.

I use 1250 for sup and ding. Mates use it for prone but prefer the 1050 for decent waves.
