The connection was the biggest issue , yes it was clever and quick but it did loosen pretty fast , so you needed to come in and nip it up . Killer wind foil wings But not so much for the prone. Construction is always very good but design wise hard to find a good video other than Zane ripping it up on the Sup or Prone.
Clearly Piros has not used the Starboard surf foil with the either of the Quicklock or Quicklock HD system as they dont loosen at all even after hours on the water. I have put many hours on this foil system and I have to say it is a fantastic design, which enables an incredibly fast setup time.
I do agree however that Starboard is not putting anywhere near enough effort in marketing their surf foils, which definitely hurts the number of sales they could with such a fantastic foil system and the many wing options available.
