Try Stand up surf shop (North Freo) and chat to Cam or Marcus. They stock Axis, NSP and Go Foil, and boards from Sunova, NSP, Smik and Fanatic. demo gear is available but you probably need to book it now it's summer. It is best to find your feet towing on the river if you have a boat/tinny and some time. I tow behind a 3.8m tinny with 20hp with ease as you only need around 8knots boat speed on the large downwind foils.
