What wind conditions are best for street sup?

Like normal standup, windless is best, unless you can arrange to downwind.
At first I thought landpaddling would be good for when it was too windy, or the weather was otherwise crappy.
But windage on the body is still an issue. Wet weather means slippery paths and boards.
Downwinding is possible.
Finding a sheltered spot on a windy day is best.
