What a pain!

Courier companies seem to be more focused on quick loadings & deliveries rather than the care facter of the packages. Even if it states fragile etc on the box.
It's happened to most of my deliveries too. The last one was when I had my JP board delivered. To my horror I found a hole in the box right in the middle of where the bottom of the board is. Definitely happened after it was boxed as the bubble wrap aroind the board was damaged too. But to my relief the board wasn't touched.
Best thing that Your supplier should do is get in touch with its courier & find out the problem. Then maybe go to an alternate courier and also package their products better. Which they shouldn't have to.
